Tara moved to Idaho in 1995 and grew up around the housing industry — her father is a builder and architect, and she spent her childhood on job sites long before she got her own license. She started her career in the mortgage industry in 2005 and transitioned into real estate in 2010, giving her a rare, dual-sided understanding of both financing and sales that few Boise agents can offer. That combination is a big part of why Lions Den listings average just 19 days on market (nearly half the Boise-area average of 36) and sell at 98.9% of list price, above the local average of 97.7%.
Tara and the Lions Den team work with a wide range of Treasure Valley clients — first-time buyers, move-up and repeat buyers, relocating families, new construction buyers, and investors — with particular depth in the $700K+ luxury segment across Boise, Meridian, and Eagle.
Outside of real estate, Tara and her husband own several rental properties, run Habit Coaching workshops, and operate a custom cookie business whose treats have shown up at closings and at events for touring musicians at the Idaho Center.
